Life through Disposable Eyes: Finale!

I finally got my last roll of film developed! Woop! This is the end of December in the Jaggar household.

Christmas Eve--

Christmas PJs!

Cookies for Santa!

Then the milk, of course.

Christmas Day--

Riker got a 'choo-choo' from Santa!

Mileena opening her sewing machine! (She got an iPod shuffle from Santa but I forgot to take a picture of her with it.)

Mitchell got a ton of new PSP games and movies. And I got an amazing gift....a body pillow! Which I love and adore, the picture of me opening it didn't turn out though :(

After a day of lounging in our PJs, we headed over to some friends house for dinner and more presents!

Me--7 months prego!

Happy 2010 Everyone!!!

Life Through Disposable Eyes: Part 2

This is the middleish part of our month of December!

First came....Mileena's Baptism! We are all so proud of her for getting baptized. She is basically amazing!

Don't worry about me in this picture, I was just an emotional wreck (I blame it on being prego). And thank you Lenette for the dress! She loves it!!

Then it was the Festival of Lights. Around Christmas time Tallahassee has a big ol' party downtown. Complete with a Jungle Bell Run, lots of fattening and pricey food, and creepy Christmas characters. The creepiest thing about these characters is that in the pictures you can see the real people's faces through the costume. Check out the top of this little mouses hat. Ekkk.

Next came, decorating the Christmas tree!

And last, we went to a gingerbread party! Mitchell and Riker made one house, and Mileena and I made the other. It was tons of fun! Especially for Riker (once Mitchell decided to give up on making theirs perfect.)

ps-I'm definitely not getting any looove back on ANY of my posts. :( This makes me rather sad. *hint hint*

My Life through Disposable Eyes

Thank goodness for disposable cameras, even though they're not as luxurious as digital (obviously) they get the job done. But I had to resort to them this last month thanks to my amazing hubbster (we won't get into that subject again), I have been slacking on my posts. Thank goodness I have a scanner and can use my amazing digital enhancing skillz to make some of the pictures look normal. So here is part of the month of December (you'll have to wait for the 2nd half when I get my film developed, but don't worry I don't even know how they came out so we're in the same boat).

First Stop: Dorothy B. Oven Park
Man, I love this place. I've gone here every year as a child and how as an adult. For those of you who don't live here in Tally-ho, it's a park that get a dressed up for Christmas. There are thousands of lights and it is beautiful. Plus, lots of fun for the kiddos.

Second Stop: 6 Months Prego!

So I technically turned 24 weeks on November 30th, but I didn't get around to taking a picture til the next week. So I'm 25 weeks in this picture, but pretty sure the same thing.

Third Stop: Mileena's Christmas Concert
It was extremely weird for me sitting in the same lunchroom/auditorium, watching the same stage, hearing my same music teacher introduce the concert, and listening to some of the same songs I sang that night and it had only been 11 years later since I had done all of that. Pretty crazy. Anyway, Mileena did awesome in her concert! She was a La Fiesta dancer and definitely La Fiesta-ed her life away.

Fourth Stop: Visting Santa!
Riker had been talking about this moment for weeks on end. And he didn't cry at all while sitting on Santa's lap (which is a huge step up from last year). But he barely spoke! He had been telling everyone and their mother that Santa was getting him a Thomas and Percy choo-choo for Christmas, but once he gets up to the big guy himself he barely spits out the words "choo-choo". But all around it was better than last years visit.
